המשטרה עצרה גבר בן 46 מאזור השרון בחשד שהפיץ ברשתות החברתיות תכנים מסיתים ואיים על חבר הכנסת מנסור עבאס, יו"ר הרשימה הערבית המאוחדת. הרשימה המאוחדת פרסמה הבהרה לפיה לא הגישה תלונה רשמית במשטרה נגד איש מהציבור הערבי בנושא זה. עם זאת, הדגישה התנועה את התנגדותה הנחרצת לאלימות פוליטית, הסתה ושיח מבזה, וציינה כי היעדר תלונה מטעמה אינו מעניק לגיטימציה להסתה נגד נבחרי ציבור.

התיק הועבר לטיפול הרשויות המשפטיות להמשך הליכים נגד החשוד.
