Two European Soccer Clubs Secure 2027-28 Continental Berths Early

Two football clubs have already secured spots in European competitions for the 2027-28 season, even before the current Champions League qualifiers have concluded. Inter Turku clinched the Finnish Cup with a 1-0 victory over HJK Helsinki, while Víkingur secured the Faroese Cup by defeating KÍ Klaksvík 2-0. Both teams are guaranteed at least a spot in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League for the 2027-28 campaign.
