Harel Insurance Group to Distribute $2,700 Bonus to Each Employee
Harel Insurance Group announced it will distribute a bonus of 10,000 shekels (approximately $2,700) to each of its employees. The announcement was made by the group's chairman, Yair Hamburger, during a pre-Rosh Hashanah event attended by singer Omer Adam.
Harel employs approximately 5,000 people. If the bonus is given to all employees, the total cost to the company is estimated to be around 50 million shekels (approximately $13.5 million).
This bonus follows a strong financial performance by Harel, which reported a total profit exceeding one billion shekels (approximately $270 million) for the first half of 2026.
