בית הדין של הליכוד דחה את עתירותיה של השרה גילה גמליאל ואישר את תוצאות הספירה החוזרת בקלפי בבאר יעקב, ובכך סיים את המחלוקת סביב שיבוצן של חברות הכנסת ברשימת הליכוד לכנסת ה-26. על פי ההחלטה, חברת הכנסת אתי עטיה תשובץ במקום ה-20, המשוריין לנשים, בעוד השרה גמליאל תשובץ במקום ה-25.
