Suspect Rams Police Officers in Beit Shemesh, Prompting Officers to Shoot

In Beit Shemesh, police officers fired at a suspect after he accelerated his vehicle toward them during a stop. The police initially suspected the driver of being under the influence of drugs. When officers attempted to check him, the suspect sped his car directly at them, hitting two officers. In response, the officers discharged their weapons to neutralize the threat. Both officers sustained minor injuries, while the suspect was left in serious condition.
