Ra'am Party Cautious Amid Talks to Include Former MK Yoav Segalovich

Former Knesset member Yoav Segalovich is reportedly in advanced talks to join the Ra'am party list for the upcoming elections. However, Ra'am leadership is urging caution and clarifying that no final decision has been made. Ra'am faction chairman and MK Walid Taha explained in a radio interview that while the party's general conference authorized the leadership to add independent candidates to the list, Segalovich's inclusion has not yet been formally proposed or approved within the party's institutions.

Taha emphasized that Segalovich's name has not been officially submitted for discussion and that the party cannot guarantee the move will be finalized. This statement follows Segalovich's recent announcement of his departure from the Yesh Atid party amid ongoing negotiations with Ra'am chairman Mansour Abbas about securing a high spot on Ra'am's list as an independent representative.
