Israeli-American Center Gabe Wiznitzer Joins Hapoel Be'er Sheva/Dimona Basketball Team
Hapoel Be'er Sheva/Dimona announced the signing of 26-year-old Israeli-American center Gabe Wiznitzer to strengthen their frontcourt ahead of the upcoming season. Wiznitzer, standing 2.11 meters tall, is expected to join coach Doug Spradley's roster soon.
Wiznitzer played college basketball at Ohio University, where in the 2023/24 season he averaged 3.1 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. After college, he competed in the Czech Republic's top league and last season played for the Montreal Tundra in the Canadian league.
This addition is part of Be'er Sheva/Dimona's ongoing efforts to build a competitive team for the Israeli Basketball Premier League season.
