Hapoel Be'er Sheva/Dimona is in advanced negotiations to sign forward Noam Avivi, potentially marking their first acquisition for the upcoming basketball season. The team confirmed earlier on August 16, 2026, that they will compete in the Israeli Basketball Premier League this season. Avivi, 27 years old and standing 2.05 meters tall, is also being pursued by Bnei Herzliya.
