Yarin Levi Extends Contract with Maccabi Haifa Until 2029
Yarin Levi, the 21-year-old midfielder, has officially extended his contract with Maccabi Haifa until 2029. After returning to Haifa this summer following a two-year loan at Beitar Jerusalem, Levi secured a new deal that includes a stake in any future transfer fee, allowing him and the club to negotiate higher sums. Previously, his release clause was set at 2.5 million euros.
Levi had already signed a three-year contract with an option for two more during his loan period at Beitar Jerusalem. The club has promised to consider any offers that come in and plans to give Levi a significant role in the team, as demonstrated during the Toto Cup matches.
His last two seasons at Beitar Jerusalem were highly successful, helping the team finish second in the league and earning him three appearances for the Israeli national team. Levi expressed pride and excitement about returning to Maccabi Haifa, emphasizing his commitment to the club and its fans. "I gave up a lot to be here, driven by a strong desire to succeed and contribute," he said.
The extension ends speculation about his future and solidifies his place in Haifa's plans moving forward.
