Tel Aviv Club Owner Investigated for Sexual Assault Allegations by Three Women

Yuval Goldiak, co-owner of the John Doe club on Rothschild Street in Tel Aviv, has been under investigation for several months on suspicion of rape and sexual offenses involving three women, including twin sisters. The allegations, reported by Kan News, state that some of the women were under the influence of psychedelic drugs and alcohol and did not consent or were not in control during the incidents, some of which occurred in the club's restroom stalls.

Exclusive footage released by Kan News shows Goldiak leading one woman into the restroom and into a stall, where she appears to try to evade him. Afterward, Goldiak is seen adjusting the security camera to avoid recording them. Police have collected complaints from three women accusing Goldiak of sexual misconduct. One woman testified that Goldiak gave her several vodka shots, leading to a state of mental fog, and then persuaded her to join him in the restroom, where he began touching her intimately despite her resistance.

Goldiak has not denied having sexual contact with the women but claims all encounters were consensual. The Yarkon District Police conducted an extensive investigation, reviewing many hours of security footage and holding multiple confrontations between Goldiak and the complainants. Goldiak alleges that his business partners pressured the women to file false complaints against him as part of a dispute.

The case is now with the prosecution, which must decide whether to file charges. This investigation comes amid a broader context of rising sexual assault inquiries in Israel, including 18 rape investigations opened by the IDF in 2026 and a recent arrest of a 51-year-old man in Bat Yam on suspicion of raping an 18-year-old in a hotel apartment.
