Illegal gunfire leaves Negev residents fearful as violence spreads near Gva'ot Bar

Residents of Gva'ot Bar in the Negev said they were shaken on Sunday evening after heavy gunfire broke out nearby after dark. Some residents said bullets appeared to land inside the settlement itself. One resident told Walla that children ran home in fear and said, "We don't understand what's happening here. The children were outside, they didn't understand what was happening around them, we were stressed too, and we can't continue like this."
