Jared Kushner Plans Visit to Israel to Advance Gaza 15-Point Plan

Jared Kushner, senior advisor and son-in-law to U.S. President Donald Trump, is expected to visit Israel next week for meetings across the Middle East aimed at advancing a 15-point plan for Gaza, according to an exclusive Reuters report. American and Israeli officials reportedly agree on the desired outcome for Gaza but acknowledge shared concerns that require further cooperation, as stated by U.S. sources cited by AFP.

Mohammed Dahlan, a former top security official in Gaza and a leading figure in the Fatah movement, is spearheading a pilot project to establish a humanitarian city in Rafah. Dahlan, who has strong ties to the United Arab Emirates and influence in the White House, acts as an advisor on Gaza affairs to the Trump administration and coordinates communications with Kushner and Steve Witkoff. Hamas has approved Dahlan's leadership in Rafah, despite opposition from the Palestinian Authority.

Earlier this week, Israeli officials informed the U.S. administration that militants involved in the October 7 massacre are not immune to targeted killings, while also expressing willingness to negotiate on strikes unrelated to that event. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu publicly rejected the 15-point document and affirmed that the IDF will not withdraw until Hamas is disarmed. However, a source from the Gaza Peace Council told CNN that despite political tensions, behind-the-scenes cooperation continues.
