Avishai Ben Haim Joins Makor Rishon with Weekly Q&A Column on Israeli Society

Dr. Avishai Ben Haim, an Israeli journalist, commentator, and researcher specializing in Israeli society, has joined the national-religious newspaper Makor Rishon. He will write a weekly question-and-answer column in the newspaper's "Yoman" supplement, addressing a wide range of practical and ideological questions related to Israeli and Jewish life. Ben Haim holds a PhD in Jewish philosophy and is an expert on Haredi and Mizrahi traditional communities.

Throughout his career, he has served as a Haredi affairs commentator for Channel 13 news and previously wrote a popular column for Maariv. He has produced television series and authored bestselling books on Haredi society, Mizrahi traditions, and what he terms "Second Israel," including titles like "Second Israel," "The Haredim - Know the Lover," and his latest, "Manifesto of Traditionalism."
