Kevin and Daniela Rubin Reveal Their Baby Daughter’s Name and Its Meaning
Social media personalities Kevin and Daniela Rubin announced on Sunday the name of their newborn daughter, born last week as a younger sister to their 3-year-old son, K. They named her Lisa Keren Rubin.
In a post, the couple explained that the choice had a special family meaning. They said the name’s meaning includes, among other things, “God is my oath, God is my promise.” Kevin and Daniela wrote that the name felt natural because of their close ties to their mothers.
“We always knew that if we had a daughter, her name would be connected to them,” they wrote. Daniela’s mother is Larisa, which is where Lisa comes from, and Kevin’s mother is Keren, which became part of the baby’s full name.
The couple also repeated the emotional message they shared after the birth, saying the baby completed their family. “Our hearts are full. We are blessed, there is no other word,” they wrote. They addressed their daughter directly, calling her “our little strawberry” and saying, “Mom and Dad love you so much, you have no idea what a perfect big brother you have! We are excited to begin a new chapter in our lives, parents of two.”
