Civilian Drone Breaches Ben Gurion Airport Airspace, Operator Located Quickly

On Tuesday at 11:40 AM, Ben Gurion Airport's security and control system detected a civilian drone entering the airport's airspace. An employee in the control room first spotted the drone approaching, and shortly after, it was confirmed to have entered the municipal area. This triggered a coordinated response involving control staff, security personnel, field agents, and the airport police, who were promptly dispatched to the scene. The airport authorities temporarily froze operations in the affected area for several minutes to manage the situation.
