After Big Brother Exit, Tal Tito Jokes About Eyal Golan Defamation Suit

Tal Tito was voted out of the Big Brother house just two weeks before the finale, but her first shock after returning to her phone and social media was unrelated to the show. She learned for the first time that singer Eyal Golan had filed a defamation lawsuit against her over old posts she had published on X, and she responded immediately.

In March, it was reported that Golan had sued Tito for 200,000 shekels in the Bat Yam Magistrate’s Court. According to the complaint, Tito had posted a series of tweets in which she called him harsh names, including “rapist” and “pedophile,” statements he says amount to severe defamation and damage to his reputation.

The lawsuit describes the posts as false and humiliating, arguing that they were not legitimate opinion but serious allegations unsupported by evidence. Golan’s team also said he has recently adopted a policy of “zero tolerance” toward online smears.

Tito appeared to take the news humorously. Soon after learning about the case, she posted a new message on her X account: “How didn’t I delete tweets before. Shema Yisrael.” Her response drew significant attention online, especially given the surprise timing of her eviction so close to the Big Brother grand finale.
