Israeli actor and comedian Orel Tzabari was forced to cancel his scheduled performances in the musical "Around the World in 80 Days" at the Expo complex in Tel Aviv due to a sudden medical emergency. On Sunday morning, Tzabari woke up with severe pain and was rushed to the emergency room, where doctors discovered a tiny one-millimeter kidney stone. After extensive tests and pain management, he was discharged later that evening.

Tzabari shared the ordeal on Instagram, describing how he initially planned a calm morning but was overwhelmed by intense pain that made it impossible to function. He apologized to fans who came to see the show and explained that the medical issue might be linked to a recent weight loss treatment involving "Mounjaro" injections. Despite missing the stage, he later visited the theater to support his fellow cast members behind the scenes.
