Son of Former Haredi MK Arrested Near Ramla with Unlicensed Loaded Gun

On Sunday evening, police arrested the son of a former Haredi Knesset member near Ramla on Highway 44. The man, a resident of Rehovot in his 40s, was found carrying a loaded FN pistol with a 9mm magazine inside a side bag in his vehicle. During the vehicle stop near the Nesher factory, officers had to break the car window to subdue the suspect and complete the arrest. Police confirmed the weapon was unlicensed and the suspect was taken into custody for further investigation.
