Likud MK Avichai Boaron Demands Resignation of Edelstein and Iluz Within 24 Hours

Avichai Boaron, a member of the Likud party, has issued a strict ultimatum to fellow MKs Yuli Edelstein and Dan Iluz, demanding their resignation from the Knesset within 24 hours. This follows their departure from the Likud party to pursue independent political paths. Boaron warned that if Edelstein and Iluz do not resign voluntarily, he will convene the Likud faction to initiate a process to declare them "defectors," which could significantly restrict their ability to run in the upcoming elections under any party that was represented in the outgoing Knesset.
