Rafael Yinon Yagali Passes Away at 50, Beloved Son of Rabbi Shlomo Yagali
Rafael Yinon Yagali, son of the late Rabbi Shlomo Yagali from Rishon Lezion, passed away at the age of 50. The sad news was received from Shamir Medical Center (Assaf Harofeh). Known affectionately as "Rafi," he was regarded as a pure and righteous soul, deeply loved by his community and friends. Despite enduring many years of severe suffering, he bore his pain with acceptance and silence, always showing joy and reverence, bringing happiness to both God and those around him.
Rafi was the brother of Rabbi Asher Yagali, head of the "Asher LeShlomo" Yeshiva in Rishon Lezion. He was well-known and cherished among the yeshiva students, with whom he studied closely and joyfully. His funeral is scheduled for Sunday, the 26th of Av 5786 (Jewish calendar), at 2:00 PM, starting from the "Etrog" funeral hall on Yosef Burg Street 10, Ganei Esther, Rishon Lezion, proceeding to the Ganei Esther cemetery for burial.
The family is sitting shiva at their home on Yehuda Tivovitz Street 9 in Rishon Lezion. May his soul be bound in the bond of life.
