Yaakov Finance Reports Record Profit and Expands Credit Portfolio Beyond 3.35 Billion Shekels
Yaakov Finance, a non-bank credit company founded by Shaul Navi in 2022, continues its growth trajectory with a record net profit of 24.1 million shekels. This strong financial performance has enabled the company to declare a dividend of 20 million shekels, following an earlier dividend of 11 million shekels paid at the end of the first quarter of 2026. The company’s credit portfolio has now surpassed 3.35 billion shekels, making it the third largest in the sector after the Navi Group, controlled by Dori Navi, and Manif, which operates in real estate financing.
Yaakov Finance specializes in providing relatively low-interest, short-term loans, primarily to large real estate companies, and adopts a conservative risk management approach, even if it means lower returns. The company’s equity has grown to 490 million shekels, and its credit lines total 3.25 billion shekels. These credit facilities include 1.1 billion shekels each from Bank Hapoalim and Bank Leumi, 750 million shekels from Discount Bank, and for the first time, a 300 million shekel credit line from Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank. The company is currently valued at 737 million shekels.
More than half of Yaakov Finance’s credit portfolio is expected to be repaid within four months. Gross financing income reached 65.1 million shekels, up from 58.2 million shekels in the same quarter of 2025. The company’s steady expansion and strong financial results highlight its growing influence in Israel’s non-bank credit market.
