Hundreds of Discounted Apartments Offered Nationwide in Exclusive Housing Deal
Moadon "Haver" and Aura have announced a major housing promotion offering hundreds of apartments across five projects throughout Israel to club members and their families. The campaign, described as one of the largest in recent years, features apartments ranging from two to six rooms, including garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses from available inventory in each complex. Buyers will benefit from discounts on prices, exemption from linkage differentials, and special financing terms designed to provide financial flexibility amid high interest rates. Additionally, free mortgage consulting and preferred financing conditions will be available.
The participating projects are located in high-demand areas and include amenities such as green spaces, commercial zones, educational institutions, and access to major transportation routes. In Hadera, the project is situated between Hadera Forest and the city center, featuring walking and biking trails, a residents' club, shared workspaces, and a commercial boulevard, with access to Highways 2 and 4 and a nearby train station. In Ramat HaSharon, the development is in the renewing Morasha neighborhood, comprising six towers alongside commercial streets, cafes, parks, bike paths, and schools, with close proximity to Tel Aviv and Highways 4 and 5.
Ramat Gan's new Ramat Chen neighborhood will see three towers near the national park, safari, schools, and the future purple light rail line, offering luxury lobbies, gyms, workspaces, commercial floors, and rich environmental development. Kiryat Ono's "HaOren" project is near central transport routes, a future metro line, a mall, a country club, and schools, featuring quality design and green surroundings. In Ofakim, apartments will be available in the developing "Afikei HaNahal" neighborhood, about 12 minutes from Beersheba, with train stations, schools, parks, and community services nearby. Residents there may also receive significant tax benefits subject to eligibility.
Registration for the promotion opens on Thursday, August 6, 2026, in two phases: at 10:00 AM for Ramat HaSharon and Hadera projects, and at 10:30 AM for Kiryat Ono, Ramat Gan, and Ofakim projects. Registration closes on Wednesday, August 19 at 2:00 PM. Sales days will be held from August 24 to 28, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation requires prior registration on the Moadon "Haver" website, with invitations to sales days sent according to registration order.
