Aura and 'Haver' Launch Major Discounted Housing Campaign for Security Personnel
The 'Haver' club and Aura company have initiated a large-scale housing campaign offering hundreds of discounted apartments across five projects in Israel. The offer targets club members and their immediate family members, featuring apartments in Hadera, Ramat Hasharon, Ramat Chen in Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, and Ofakim. The available units range from two to six rooms, including garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses.
Buyers in the campaign will benefit from price discounts and full exemption from linkage differentials during construction. A payment plan is offered where most of the payment is due upon occupancy, along with free mortgage consulting and preferred financing terms. The Hadera project is located between Hadera Forest and the city center, near the train station and highways 2 and 4. The Ramat Hasharon project is a new complex in the Morasha neighborhood with six towers, commercial areas, a park, and educational institutions. In Ramat Chen, three towers are being built near the national park, safari, and the purple light rail line. Kiryat Ono features the "HaOren" project, and Ofakim offers apartments in the developing Afikei HaNahal neighborhood.
Registration opened on August 6 and will close on August 19 at 14:00, with sales days from August 24 to 28. The campaign operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with registered participants invited to sales days according to registration order. Yaakov Atrachchi, CEO and owner of Aura Group, emphasized the company's commitment to security forces since the start of the war, describing the campaign as a genuine expression of appreciation. Yifat Kasuto, CEO of the 'Haver' club, stated the initiative aims to help permanent soldiers, IDF veterans, and security personnel purchase homes under favorable conditions amid rising housing prices, interest rates, and living costs.
