Leah Griner Shares Experience After Severe Anxiety Attack and Hospitalization

Israeli influencer Leah Griner was rushed to the hospital by ambulance on Tuesday following a severe anxiety attack. She documented the distressing moments on Instagram, explaining that although she recognized it as an anxiety attack, she feared it might be a heart event due to recent family health issues including heart attacks and angioplasties. Griner described the experience as the worst she had ever faced, noting she had not had an anxiety attack in over two years and is under treatment, taking medication daily.

During the ambulance ride, which lasted about six minutes, Griner filmed herself to have a record in case she lost consciousness, sharing the footage initially with family and later publicly to raise awareness about anxiety. She described the attack as a nightmare and said anxiety feels like an end, emphasizing the severity of the experience and warning others about its impact.

After arriving at the hospital, Griner underwent a series of tests that confirmed the episode was solely an anxiety attack and that her health was otherwise fine. She concluded by reassuring her followers that she is healthy and thanked them for their concern.
