Pinsk-Karlin Rebbe Leads Commemoration of Young Admor’s Yahrzeit with Major Hasidic Figures Present

On the 15th of Av, the Pinsk-Karlin Rebbe held a special tish (gathering) to mark the yahrzeit of the 'Young Admor' of Stolin, who passed away in 1873 after serving only one year as a Rebbe. The event took place on this auspicious day, which holds special significance in Hasidic tradition, and was attended by the new Lelov Rebbe from Bar Ilan. During the meal, the Pinsk-Karlin Rebbe delivered a lengthy discourse on the pure teachings and character of the deceased Admor, emphasizing the spiritual importance of the day.

In related Hasidic news, the Bobov Rebbe toured the summer camps of his community in the Catskills, offering holy words and blessings to the students and staff. Meanwhile, the Amshinov Rebbe conducted the traditional Havdalah ceremony early Monday morning before traveling to Tiberias to visit the grave of his ancestor, Rabbi Shimon Shalom Kalish, where hundreds of Hasidim gathered despite the intense 42-degree heat.

Additionally, a historic memorial plaque was unveiled at the Kiev prison where the father of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneerson, was once imprisoned by the Soviet regime. The prison commander expressed regret over the injustice suffered by the revered rabbi.

Other notable events included joyous weddings in Bnei Brak and Haifa, large-scale gatherings of Hasidim in Jerusalem and the Catskills, and the inauguration of a new study hall in the Satmar camp in the Catskills.
