Premier League Club Leicester City Joins West Ham in Race for Manor Solomon

West Ham United has shown recent interest in Israeli winger Manor Solomon, currently with Tottenham Hotspur, and is reportedly negotiating for his transfer. However, according to a report from the i Paper, newly promoted Premier League club Leicester City has also entered the competition to sign Solomon, aiming to outpace West Ham, which currently leads the pursuit.

Tottenham values Solomon at around 20 million pounds, but initial offers have been lower. Negotiations are expected to intensify, with a deal potentially closing in the coming days. Solomon, 27, joined Tottenham in 2023 but has made only five Premier League appearances due to injury and has spent three loan spells at Leeds United, Villarreal, and Fiorentina.

During Tottenham's preseason under coach Roberto De Zerbi, who previously coached him at Shakhtar Donetsk, Solomon received significant playing time but is not part of De Zerbi's long-term plans. Fiorentina remains interested but awaits Tottenham to lower their asking price. If Solomon moves to West Ham, he will return to the Championship level, having previously helped Leeds United gain promotion while on loan.
