Missing Israeli Teen Efrat Menachem Found Safe After 11 Days
The Israeli police announced on Monday that 16-year-old Efrat Menachem from Kochav Yaakov, who had been missing for 11 days, was found safe. Efrat was last seen on July 24 around 8:00 a.m. near the settlement of Beit Elazari, after which all contact was lost, raising concerns for her wellbeing. During the search, officers from the Binyamin station in the Judea and Samaria district collaborated with security agencies and sought public assistance in locating her. The police expressed gratitude to the public for their help in spreading information about her disappearance and aiding in the search efforts. Efrat was described as approximately 1.55 meters tall, with long dark hair, dark brown eyes, and wearing glasses. At the time of her disappearance, she wore a white denim skirt and a white shirt. With her safe recovery, the police declared the search concluded and thanked everyone who contributed.
