Bereaved Families Demand Full Disarmament and Voluntary Gaza Emigration Before Any International Force Deployment

In response to reports of progress toward a new phase in Gaza arrangements and the potential deployment of an international force, the Israeli group "National Hope," representing bereaved families and survivors of captivity, has outlined non-negotiable conditions for any future agreement. The movement demands complete disarmament of Gaza before any international presence, full Israeli security freedom of action, and the removal of all weapons from the territory. They stress that Israel must secure international guarantees to operate within Gaza against militants, locate terror infrastructure, and protect Israeli communities.

Additionally, the group calls for promoting voluntary emigration of Gaza residents wishing to leave, arguing this would ease Israel's security challenges and weaken Hamas's influence over the local population. They emphasize that before advancing any stage of U.S. President Donald Trump's plan, all weapons, light or heavy, must be removed to ensure the safety of Israeli forces and civilians.

The families express deep distrust of both Hamas and any international force, stating, "We have no trust in Hamas, and unfortunately not in any international force that arrives." They remind that they are the direct victims of previous failures and that many families are still recovering after years of suffering. They urge Israeli leadership to maintain self-reliance in security, prevent another attack like October 7, and continue targeted eliminations of Hamas operatives without relying on international forces or phased plans.
