Electric Scooter Rider Seriously Injured After Head Injury in Elad
A man in his twenties riding an electric scooter suffered serious head injuries after slipping on Rashi Street in Elad. According to eyewitnesses, the rider lost control and fell, hitting his head. Emergency medical teams from United Hatzalah provided initial treatment at the scene, including bandaging, immobilization, and bleeding control. Paramedics Shlomo Matios, Moti Shimoni, and Yitzhak Yosifov were among the first responders. The injured rider was then transported to the hospital in serious condition for further care. The incident is classified as a self-inflicted accident with no other vehicles involved.
