Electric Scooter Rider Injured in Ben-Gurion Airport Area Crash
A 39-year-old man riding an electric scooter was taken to the hospital in moderate condition Tuesday morning after falling while riding on Ha'Em Ha'Moshavot Street in Bnei Brak. Emergency rescue forces who arrived at the scene provided medical treatment to the rider, who sustained a head injury. He was evacuated to Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer for further treatment.
According to a night watchman for the Hatzala rescue organization, Yaakov Shtigl, and paramedics Yedidya Friedman and Daniel Horberg, "When we arrived at the scene with a Hatzala ambulance, we found an electric scooter rider, a 39-year-old man suffering from a head injury after he slipped while riding."
"Together with MDA paramedics and EMTs, we provided him with initial medical treatment, including stabilization and bandaging, and he was evacuated in moderate condition to the trauma room at Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer for further treatment," they reported.
