Over the weekend, police officers from the Kiryat Gat station located and dispersed an illegal outdoor party in southern Israel attended by approximately 1,500 people. The event was shut down, and a suspect believed to be involved in organizing the party was detained for questioning. The police emphasized their ongoing efforts to detect and prevent unauthorized gatherings in open areas, highlighting the potential safety risks such events pose to participants and the public. Kiryat Gat station commander Superintendent Shay Elali stated that the police will continue to enforce the law firmly to maintain public order and prevent safety hazards.
