Israeli police broke up an illegal nature party near Beit Guvrin over the weekend after officers from the Kiryat Gat station located the event in the Shfela area. The gathering had been held without the required permits and drew hundreds of people.
When police arrived, they stopped the music, ordered attendees to leave, and dispersed the crowd. They also opened an investigation into the people behind organizing the event.
Two suspected organizers were detained and taken for questioning. Police also seized the sound equipment used at the party to prevent it from starting up again.
Kiryat Gat station commander Lt. Cmdr. Shai Elali said, “The Israel Police will not allow illegal events that may endanger the public. We will continue to enforce the law and act decisively against any violation.”
