In related developments, the Peace Council for Gaza released a 15-point "roadmap" to implement Trump's peace plan. The proposal outlines a gradual, time-bound, and internationally supervised process to disarm terrorist groups and militias in Gaza and achieve a full Israeli withdrawal. The plan includes transferring all civilian and security authority to a "National Committee for Gaza Management" within 14 days of approval by both parties. It calls for Hamas and other Palestinian factions to relinquish control, with heavy weapons and tunnels to be stored exclusively under the committee's authority.
