Hapoel Be'er Sheva is gearing up for its upcoming European league matches against Red Star Belgrade in Serbia. The team recently returned to Israel after securing a spot in the European league by defeating Vikingur. Left-back Pedro Amador, who arrived in Israel on Wednesday, is set to join the squad and participate in training ahead of the game. Amador was signed as a replacement for Helder Lopes, who concluded his five successful seasons with the club.

Senegalese defender Jibril Diop, who was injured and substituted during the match against Vikingur, is recovering from a contusion to his quadriceps muscle. He is expected to be fit for the two matches against the Serbian side, which features players Mohammed Abu Fani and Louizos Louizo. Diop is considered the team's leading center-back following the sale of Or Blorian, making his availability crucial for the upcoming fixtures.

Additionally, Hapoel Be'er Sheva recently parted ways with Kings Kangwa, who transferred to Panathinaikos. Club owner Alona Barkat is reportedly willing to invest significantly to secure a replacement for Kangwa.
