26-Year-Old Woman Seriously Injured in Jet Ski Accident at Sea of Galilee
A 26-year-old woman sustained serious head injuries while riding a jet ski at the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret) on the morning of the incident. The emergency call was received at 11:20 AM by Magen David Adom (MDA) in the Jordan district. Paramedics and medics arrived at the scene via a sea ambulance boat, a mobile intensive care unit, and a rapid response motorcycle.
The injured woman was initially brought to a lifeguard station on the shore, where she received medical treatment. She was conscious but with impaired awareness and suffered a severe head injury. The medical team provided treatment during her transfer to the ambulance, which then transported her to Poriya Medical Center in northern Israel. Her condition was reported as serious but stable.
