Israeli Interior Ministry Updates Voter Registry Access Ahead of 2026 Elections
The Israeli Ministry of Interior has updated public service channels for checking voter registry inclusion and polling station locations ahead of the 2026 elections. The ministry announced that the final deadline to update addresses in the voter registry is September 3, 2026. Any changes approved by the Population and Immigration Authority by this date will be reflected in the voter registry.
Citizens can verify their voter details through several communication methods: a telephone hotline available Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 1-800-101975 or 073-2458358; a 24-hour self-service option via SMS or WhatsApp at 053-3801464; and written requests submitted through an online form.
The ministry emphasized that the information currently provided is preliminary and may change during the election preparation period. Finalized voter registry details will be published starting September 7, 2026.
