Rabbi Nissim Ben Shimon Inspires Torah Scholars in Tiberias on Tu B'Av Night

On the night of Tu B'Av in Tiberias, Rabbi Nissim Ben Shimon visited the "Minyan Avrechim" community in the Kiryat Shmuel neighborhood to deliver an uplifting Torah lecture.
