Biala Hasidim in Bnei Brak Observe Traditional Sabbath Near Western Wall Remnant

The Biala Hasidic community in Bnei Brak spent the recent Sabbath (Parashat Vaetchanan - Nachamu) near a remnant of the Western Wall, a sacred site from the Temple era. This gathering was led by the Biala Rebbe and follows a longstanding tradition established by the late Rebbe known as the 'Lehevet David' of Biala, who used to spend one Sabbath between the fasts of the Three Weeks in Jerusalem near the Western Wall. The event was held in the spirit of the 'Sabbaths of Consolation' and included prayers and reflections close to this holy site. Photographs from Motza'ei Shabbat (Saturday night) show the Rebbe and community members engaged in the observance, continuing a deep-rooted custom that connects the Biala Hasidim to the sanctity of Jerusalem and the Temple's legacy.
