Terminal X Acquires Majority Stake in Leading Israeli Modest Fashion Brand Sade Bar

Terminal X, part of the Fox Group controlled by Harel Wiesel, has signed binding agreements to acquire 51% of the modest fashion brand Sade Bar, marking its first entry into Israel's modest fashion segment. The deal, valued at several million shekels, expands Terminal X's presence in the local fashion and lifestyle market. Founded in 2013 by entrepreneurs Ariela Avitan and Adi Cohen, who continue as co-CEOs and lead designers, Sade Bar offers modern boho-chic collections including dresses, skirts, overalls, pants, and swimwear tailored for women and girls seeking modest yet trendy apparel.

Sade Bar operates five boutique stores located in Jerusalem (two stores), Givat Shmuel, Petah Tikva, and Kfar Etzion, alongside a robust online presence. The acquisition aligns with Terminal X's broader strategic plan to deepen its hold on Israeli fashion and lifestyle brands with loyal customer bases. This purchase follows previous acquisitions by the group, including the activewear brand Strongpole, cosmetics and skincare brand Ada Lozorgan, and fashion brand Sisters.

Ron Gutman of the law firm Gutman Hartman & Co. represented Terminal X in the transaction. Terminal X CEO Nir Horovitz expressed enthusiasm about integrating Sade Bar into the group, highlighting the brand's status as Israel's leading and trendiest modest fashion label with a unique and innovative design language. He emphasized that combining Terminal X's experience, infrastructure, and technology with the founders' talent will accelerate growth and achieve new milestones for the brand.
