Rachmastrivka Rebbe to Celebrate Grandson’s Bar Mitzvah at Karlin-Stolin Hall in Givat Ze'ev

The Rachmastrivka Hasidic community is preparing for a historic celebration as the Rebbe will mark his eldest grandson’s bar mitzvah for the first time. The event, scheduled for Sunday, 11th of Elul (upcoming Parshat Ki Tavo), will take place at the large Beit Midrash hall of the Karlin-Stolin Hasidic community in Givat Ze'ev. This is a significant milestone as it is the first bar mitzvah among the Rebbe’s descendants, with the grandson being the son of his son-in-law, Rabbi Shmuel Aba Tversky.

Thousands of Hasidim and supporters from across Israel and worldwide are expected to attend. Due to the large anticipated turnout, community organizers chose the spacious Karlin-Stolin hall to accommodate the crowd. This decision has attracted considerable attention within the Hasidic public, especially since holding the event in Givat Ze'ev faces opposition from certain ultra-Orthodox factions known for their strict views.

The choice of venue echoes a precedent set by the Toldos Avraham Yitzchak Rebbe, who also held two family weddings at this hall despite strong pressures from similar groups. Community leaders are now closely monitoring developments to ensure the celebration proceeds as planned at the designated location.
