The shooting occurred last weekend near the village of Tal, close to Gilad Farm in the Samaria region. A group of Israeli hikers was attacked by terrorists who seized a security guard's weapon and used it to shoot civilians, injuring several. Yovel Ezra and Binyahu Malat, a security team member at Gilad Farm, were critically wounded and later died from their injuries. The Israel Defense Forces confirmed the details of the attack and the casualties.
