Yael Poliakov and Family Premiere Nostalgic Tribute Film 'Hill 338' to Israeli Cult Classic

Fifty years after the release of the iconic Israeli cult film "Givat Halfon Does Not Answer," a new tribute movie titled "Hill 338" premiered on Monday evening in a nostalgic and celebratory event. Directed by Erez Ben Harush, the film brings together many of Israel's top comedians and stars, including Shai K. Levy, who starred in the original and appeared in a guest role alongside his wife Orna.

Yael Poliakov attended the premiere with her husband Elad Miloh and their children, marking a poignant family connection as her late father, Israel Poliakov (known as Poli), was a lead actor in the original film before his passing 19 years ago. The cast also featured Eli Yatzpan alongside his daughter Noa, Shahar Hason, Kim Or Azulai who is currently nine months pregnant, Eden Daniel Gabay, Yehuda Bohbot, Uri Gottlieb, Tali Friedman, Avraham Arenson, and Lior Dayan, whose father Assi Dayan wrote and directed the original movie.
