The video depicts former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot shaking hands with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, followed by Joint List MK Mansour Abbas joining them. Solberg ruled that the clip shows an event that never occurred but appears realistic, falsely suggesting a political connection between Eizenkot and Mansour Abbas. He stated this fabricated association could mislead viewers regarding their political ties.
