Mother Urges Fugitive Suspect to Surrender in Brutal Killing of 19-Year-Old in Jerusalem

Nearly two weeks after the brutal lynching murder of 19-year-old Benyahu Razi in a Jerusalem Airbnb, the main suspect, 17-year-old Aviaor Sasson from Pisgat Ze'ev, remains at large. The police have made an unusual public appeal for help in locating him. Meanwhile, Benyahu's mother, Dikla Razi, publicly called on the fugitive to surrender, saying, "Be a man, stop running like a mouse. Come and turn yourself in."

The investigation has revealed multiple suspects connected to the case. Among them is Agam Tzarfati, the victim's ex-girlfriend, who is suspected of orchestrating the murder. Shilat Chuta, a friend present on the night of the killing, is also implicated. Another suspect, 18-year-old David Keren from Elad, is accused of linking the victim's ex-girlfriend to Linor Sasson, the alleged mastermind behind the murder and mother of the fugitive Aviaor Sasson. A 16-year-old relative of Aviaor is also suspected of aiding his escape, along with three other minors whose names are withheld due to their age.

Prior to the murder, Agam Tzarfati had threatened Benyahu, even visiting his grandmother's home and sending threatening messages and recordings. In one recorded threat, she said, "You listen to me, I will come to your house sick with cancer, I will rape you." This verbal abuse escalated into violence when a group of youths, allegedly under the direction of an older woman, took the law into their own hands and ended Benyahu's life.

The police continue to seek public assistance in apprehending Aviaor Sasson and urge anyone with information to come forward. The case has shocked the community and raised concerns about youth violence and vigilantism in Jerusalem.
