Singer Yaakov Shmidov Releases New Song Honoring Jerusalem and the Temple

Yaakov Shmidov, a singer and cantor, has released a new song titled "Uvneh Yerushalayim" (And Rebuild Jerusalem). He composed and performed the piece to honor Jerusalem, the holy city, and the future rebuilding of the Temple. Shmidov described the melody as a "new tune with an old flavor," influenced by the singing styles of the late David Verdiger and Rabbi Baruch Chait.
