Israeli Talent Ily Dolinsky Commits to University of Tulsa Basketball Program
Ily Dolinsky, an Israeli basketball player who had a strong season with Ironi Kiryat Ata, has committed to the University of Tulsa's NCAA basketball team. Tulsa, based in Oklahoma, finished the previous season with an impressive 30-8 record. During his last season with Kiryat Ata, Dolinsky averaged 7.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 17.4 minutes per game. He also earned playing time in the Israeli national team’s recent window and was named the 2024 Rookie of the Year. Dolinsky grew up in Tel Aviv and played in the youth system of Hapoel Tel Aviv from a young age. In the 2021/22 season, he led Hapoel Tel Aviv’s youth team to the Israeli Youth Premier League final, scoring 37 points in the decisive game despite a 99-95 loss to Hapoel Gilboa Galil.
