Israeli forward Hadar Cohen, 22, has officially committed to the University of Tulsa and will head to the NCAA through a partnership between ASSIST US and SHAK. The move continues the recent wave of Israeli women’s basketball players leaving for U.S. college programs.
Cohen is 1.91 meters tall, came through Israel’s youth national teams, and has already played in the country’s top division. Last season she starred for Maccabi ASA Jerusalem in the National League, averaging a double-double with 16.1 points and 11.7 rebounds per game.
In a statement, Cohen said she was
