Israeli Civilian Injured in Stabbing Near Itamar as Two Attackers Killed
Near the settlement of Itamar in the West Bank, two assailants stabbed an Israeli civilian during firefighting efforts. Another civilian present at the scene identified the attack and neutralized both attackers. The injured victim was evacuated by a Unit 669 helicopter to a hospital for treatment. Following the incident, Israeli Defense Forces imposed a lockdown on the nearby village of Beit Furiq and are conducting searches there. Fire and rescue investigators, along with the Judea and Samaria Police, are examining the circumstances surrounding the fire outbreak that preceded the attack.
