Police Investigate Attempted Abduction of 11-Year-Old Girl in Ramat Hasharon
Israeli police are investigating a reported attempted abduction of an 11-year-old girl on Monday morning in Ramat Hasharon. According to the report, the girl was waiting on a sidewalk near HaSaifen Street for a pickup when a car stopped nearby. The driver, described as having an Arabic accent, allegedly signaled her to get inside while threatening her. The girl's mother, Hannah, stated that her daughter reacted quickly by running away and is safe. She added that they immediately reported the incident to the police and Ramat Hasharon security forces, who are treating the case seriously and conducting searches in the area. Hannah advised parents to talk to their children about avoiding suspicious vehicles, not standing alone in isolated places, and running to crowded areas and shouting if they feel threatened.
