IDF and Police Arrest Two Palestinians Suspected of Arson in Gilad Farm Fire

Israeli security forces arrested two Palestinian suspects early Monday for their alleged involvement in a massive fire that broke out last Saturday at Gilad Farm in the Samaria region. The blaze caused extensive damage to dozens of buildings and vehicles. The arrests followed a joint overnight operation conducted by the Central Unit and the Regional Operations Center in the Judea and Samaria district, alongside Border Police undercover fighters and IDF soldiers from the Samaria Territorial Brigade.

The two suspects were transferred to the Judea and Samaria district investigation unit for further questioning. Authorities will decide on their detention extension based on the investigation's findings. The police emphasized that security forces will continue to act decisively to identify and prosecute anyone involved in harming public security and property.
